PALEO RECIPE
Beef Stir Fry
This stir fry recipe make a great weekday night meal, and the thin slicing of all of the ingredients allows everything to cook quickly. When making a stir fry it is important to have all of your ingredients and equipment ready, because once the cooking process starts you don't want to be fumbling around looking for a measuring spoon or sesame oil
I love this recipe because it is so simple to throw together, has healthy and fresh ingredients, and you can even prep everything ahead of time if needed. Tip: Place the sirloin in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before slicing to help make slicing the meat easier! |
