PALEO TARTAR SAUCE

There's not a lot you can say about tartar sauce, other than it tastes pretty darn good on most seafood (especially on these homemade fish sticks). It has a mayonnaise base and is traditionally mixed with a pickle relish.
This version uses paleo mayonnaise that you can whip up in minutes, and some fresh lemon and herbs. You can add a little cayenne pepper if you like your sauce to have a little kick.
I recommend making it about 30 minutes before you want to serve it and allowing it to chill in the fridge. This gives the flavors a chance to blend. It will last a few days in the fridge, same as any homemade mayonnaise.
