PALEO CINNAMON ROLL SMOOTHIE
PALEO CINNAMON ROLL SMOOTHIE

Smoothies are a great way to get extra fruit or vegetables into your diet, and they are so easy to make! This paleo cinnamon roll smoothie recipe is one of my favorites. It's a tasty and healthy treat that you can feel good about eating. And if you want a protein boost, try adding 2 Tbsp. of almond butter or your favorite nut butter to the recipe before blending.
I have a personal blender that I use in the morning when I am short on time and need a grab-and-go breakfast. Just throw everything in, blend the smoothie right in the sport bottle, then take it and go. If using ice in your personal blender, make sure to put the ice at the top (next to the blade) so it blends smoothly.
