
The slicer comes with 3 noodle blade options:
- Shredder: creates long, spaghetti-like spiral strands
- Chipper: creates long, thick spiral strands
- Straight: creates long, ribbon-like strands
Here are a few tips to make sure that your spiral slicer works at it's best: Make sure to choose vegetables that are at least 3/4" in diameter and are fairly straight. If you do use a crooked vegetable, cut it into sections so that you will get even noodles. Some of the produce will get stuck in the blade as you make your noodles. Use a fork or thin knife to clear out the remnants in between slicing each vegetable.
