Made these...DELICIOUS! They really do taste like the real deal. I will definitely make them again. The method I had available to use was to roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment and then transfer to hot cast iron. I had a bit of trouble with the dough sometimes sticking to the parchment. The dough felt so nice but do you think it was a tad too wet for this method or should I have chilled the dough up until rolling it? Also, they didn't fold up that well. Perhaps I made them a little too thick. As per the method I've always used with wheat tortillas I placed these, stacked on top of one another, into an open gallon zip top bag as soon as I removed from pan. This ensures they stay soft as they steam in the bag but not get wet as the bag stays open. These are so tasty that I'm willing to keep trying and hopefully get them more flexible in the future. Thank you for the recipe.
